This is a 12-week well rounded program with a special focus placed on growing your lower body, specifically your glutes. This guide is ideal for those who are upper body dominant and who are looking to build strong and sexy legs. But don't worry, we still are working on our upper body too!

This guide contains the 12 Week long HOME and or GYM workout plan. 

Equipment needed GYM guide-

  • Dumbbells, barbell, incline bench
  • Access to a variety of machines i.e. leg extension, hamstring curl, leg press, smith machine etc (if your gym doesn't have a certain machine/ piece of equipment there is a section for exercise alternatives)

Equipment needed HOME guide-

  • Dumbbells (or water bottles/ other heavy objects can be substituted)
  • Workout bench (or sturdy object that can be stepped/ laid on)
  • Long Resistance bands (multiple weight if possible -  you can find on amazon)
  • Large exercise ball if you have
